Talk to the attorney about your case

One call, with the attorney himself, that ends with you knowing what can be done and what cannot.

  • $70
  • 24 to 48 hours
  • By phone or by video

Leave your details and the attorney calls you back

Three fields. The situation is optional: if none of them fits yours, say it in your own words.

Your case can be won or it can be lost. Be wary of anyone who promises you the outcome before reading your file.

What happens in the consultation

You speak with Yasser Sardina, by phone or by video, whichever suits you. Not with an assistant and not with an intake service.

We review what documents you hold, what stage your case is at, and which deadlines are already running. By the end of the call you know what can be done, what cannot, and how long it will take.

What to have on hand

  1. 1Any paperwork immigration has given youAny document with a form or case number.
  2. 2Your passport and your family's
  3. 3DatesWhen you entered the country, when your permit expires, when you were summoned.
  4. 4Any criminal recordBetter that we know on the first call than at the hearing.

If you have none of this, the call is still worth it. The conversation alone is enough to know where to start.

The cost

The consultation costs $70 and is paid by card or PayPal. You receive the call within 24 to 48 hours. If you then retain the firm, that $70 is credited toward the contract.

Where it ends, so that no one has to guess:

  1. 1It does not include filing anythingNo form is prepared, signed or submitted during the call. That is separate work, with its own agreement.
  2. 2It does not include government feesUSCIS and the courts charge their own filing fees, and those are never part of the $70.
  3. 3It does not include a written opinionYou get answers on the call. A written analysis of your file is a different engagement.
  4. 4It does not include representation in courtIf your case is already before a judge, a hearing needs a signed retainer, not a consultation.

We charge for the consultation on purpose. A free consultation lasts ten minutes and ends in a quote; this one lasts as long as it needs to and ends in an answer.
